Funeral services for Billy Neeley, 58, of Medaryville, will be Tuesday, December 27 at 1 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, with visitation there one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
