Funeral services for Carl Thomas Doty, 89, of Winamac, will be Wednesday, March 15 at 10 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Tuesday, March 14 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET. The American Legion and VFW will conduct Military Graveside Services. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Gentiva Hospice.
