Caroline L. “Cookie” Kaser of Koontz Lake passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home on Saturday, July 18, 2026, following an illness.
She was 84 years old. Born on June 27, 1942, in East Chicago, Indiana, Cookie was the beloved daughter of the late LaVon C. Miller and Dorothea (Jacobson) McQuisten.
Honoring Cookie’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and her family will celebrate her life privately. There will be no public visitation or funeral service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Rannells Funeral Home.
