Carolyn Ann Younggreen, 73 years old of Knox, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 in Mishawaka, Indiana surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Sunday, March 20, 1949 in Covington, Kentucky, Daughter of the late Robert Boggs and the late Pearl(Fisher) Boggs.
April 8, 1967 in Burr Oak, Indiana, Carolyn married Jim Younggreen, he survives her.
Carolyn was a member of the Knox American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed cooking and gardening. Her greatest passion was spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are her Husband, Jim Younggreen of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Lynn Younggreen of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Donna(Ted) Hardel of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Diann(Wes Sheets) Marovich of Winamac, Indiana, 4 grandchildren: Ashley Hardel of Knox, Indiana, Michael James Hardel of Knox, Indiana, Britney Marovich of Knox, Indiana and Alexis Sheets of Winamac, Indiana, 5 great-grandchildren: Hayden Hardel, Addysyn Hardel, Ryker Hardel, Delaney, Hardel, Ryan Kinney all of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Ed(Marsha) Boggs of Knox, Indiana, Brother, Steve(Betty) Boggs of Knox, Indiana, Brother-in-law Pat(Faye) Younggreen of Michigan City, Indiana, Sister-in-law Ester(Steve) Ranns of Michigan Ciy, Indiana and Nieces and Nephews Vickie Shannon, Angie Dowd, Becky Lockett, Brenda Timm, Lisa Bruder, Tom Younggreen, Todd Younggreen, Terry Younggreen, Rich Bechinski, Jackie Passauer, Lori Sikora, Mark Kereski, Mellisa Ranns, Sherry Younggreen, Cathy Younggreen, Bobby Younggreen and Danny Younggreen.
She was preceded in death by parents Robert and Pearl Boggs.
Graveside service at Round Lake Cemetery, Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 1 PM with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating.
Interment will follow in the Round Lake Cemetery.
