Funeral services for Charlotte D. Lewark, 67, of Medaryville, will be Monday, September 25 at 10 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville, with visitation there Sunday, September 24 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Memorial contributions may be made to Happy Tails, West Side Senior Center, or Medaryville Assembly of God Church.
