Conrad “Rad” Carl Kriskovsky III passed away at the age of 62 on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. He was a loving husband to Kathy (Haug) Kriskovsky for 38 years. The eldest son to Peggy Kriskovsky, preceded in death by his father Conrad Kriskovsky, father to Kristina Kriskovsky (Anthony Carter), grandfather to Adrianna Merrill, brother to Troy Kriskovsky (Angel Pierce) and Kim Vander Vinne (Mark Vander Vinne), and uncle to Haleigh, Alexi, and Zoe Vander Vinne.
Conrad grew up playing multiple sports in the John Glenn school system and was active in Boy Scouts and Webelos. Soon after graduation, he worked as a machinist in his father’s business, and then settled into driving a semi-truck until he no longer could. Conrad spent his life fishing, visiting new places, and cheering on the University of Connecticut’s basketball team and the Chicago Bears. He especially loved spending time with his family, whether it was travelling the states with his wife and daughter, watching movies with his only sister, and working together with his younger brother. He was fond of eating his mother’s homemade oatmeal raisin cookies, gathering around the holidays, and hanging out with his best friend, Kenny Bolze.
Services will be held for Conrad Carl Kriskovsky III at Rannells Funeral Home in Koontz Lake, 7984 North State Road 23, Walkerton, IN 46574. Visitation from 12:00 – 2:00 CDT/1:00 – 3:00 EDT. Service begins at 2:00 CDT/3:00 EDT. To leave online condolences visit rannellsfh.com.
