Funeral services for Dave Budd, 60, of Pulaski, will be Thursday, July 14 at 11 a.m. ET at the Bethel Bible Church in Winamac. Visitation is Wednesday, July 13 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac and one hour prior to services Thursday at the church. A Kiwanis Service will be held Wednesday, July 13 at 2:45 p.m. ET at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideon’s International.
