Avon — Donna Lynn Wilken, 72, of Avon, Indiana passed away in her Florida home on August 18, 2023.
She was born on August 10, 1951 in Laporte, IN. Donna is the daughter of Shirley J. Olson and the late Donald E. Nordstrom. She is survived by her husband Edward W. Wilken, 2 Sons Blaine (Tara) and Andrew (Laura), 4 grandchildren Owen (10), Liam (8), Kate (7), and Cora (6). Also Surviving are her mother Shirley, and her Sisters Linda Holbrook, Gail (Lynn) Flora, Tara (Kerry) Heisler, and step-brother Steve (Tina) Olson.
Donna loved spending her time with Family and Friends and especially her Grandchildren, sister outings, and loyally volunteering for Indianapolis White River Gardens for 15 years as a “Master Gardner”. She retired after holding multiple positions as a mortgage broker for over 30years. Donna was preceded in death by her father Donald E. Nordstrom, father-in-law Donald E. Wilken, and stepfather Ronald M. Olson.
The Family will receive Friends and Family from 2pm-4pm immediately followed by a Memorial Service and Reception on August 28, 2023 at Westlake Church6696 Rockville Rd Indianapolis, IN 46214.
