Funeral services for Dr. Robert Eugene Hott D.D.S., 91, of Kokomo, formerly of Kouts, will be Sunday, August 20 at 3 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 1 p.m. ET until the time of services. The American Legion and VFW will conduct Military Graveside Services.
