Elmer Charles Hoover, 82, of Star City passed away at his home on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. He was born on May 26, 1943 in Winamac to the late Charles and Hazel (Hines) Hoover.
Cremation will take place at Frain Crematory in Winamac.
The family hosted a Memorial Service at 11 AM EST Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Kingdom Hall in Winamac.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Jehovah Witness Church.
