Funeral services for Elnora Louise Jordan, 59, formerly of Winamac, will be Tuesday, February 21 at 1 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 11 a.m. ET until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana Veteran’s Home Activities Department(Recreation) or to the Winamac First Christian Church.
