Funeral services for Emanuel C. “Mann” Hoover, 86, of Star City, will be Thursday, July 25 at 11 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary. Visitation is Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET and Thursday, July 25 one hour prior to services. Memorial contributions may be made to Pulaski Fest-a-Mill for the annual Christmas light display.
