He was born on August 9, 1936 in Winamac, IN to the late Daniel and Emma (Shorter) Winter. Frank married Joan L. Natke on May 28, 1958 in Chicago, IL.
Cremation will take place at Frain Crematory in Winamac, IN.
Graveside Services will be held at 11 AM EDT Saturday, August 1, 2026 at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Winamac, IN.
Burial will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Winamac, IN.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made in the form of Mass Intentions c/o St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Winamac, IN or St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Monterey, IN.
