Memorial services for Gene Schramm, 79, of Winamac, will be Wednesday, April 24 at noon ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there Wednesday, April 24 from 10 a.m. ET until the time of services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center, Winamac First United Methodist Church, or Habitat for Humanity.
