Private Graveside Services for Gertrude C. “Trudi” Welker, 98, of Winamac, will be held at Roseland Cemetery in Francesville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski County Human Services Food Pantry. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
