Funeral services for Harold W. Budd, 91, of Goshen, IN and a life-long resident of Pulaski County, will be Saturday, June 2 at 11 a.m. ET at the First United Methodist Church in Winamac. Visitation is Friday, June 1 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with a Kiwanis Memorial Service at 8 p.m. ET. Visitation is also scheduled one hour prior to services Saturday at the church. Military Graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be made to Emmaus Mission Center, Inc. in Logansport or to Heifer International.
