A Celebration of Life Service for Jan McIlvain, 64, of Winamac, will be Sunday, November 24 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET at the Winamac Eagles #2580. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center or to the Pulaski County Public Library. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
