She was born on September 19, 1947 in Winamac, IN to Fred Raymond and Dorothy Elizabeth Apostal Westphal.
Visitation will be from 2-8 PM EDT Thursday, August 6, 2026 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN. A Rosary Service will be held at 2 PM EDT on Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral services 10 AM EDT Friday, August 7, 2026 at Frain Mortuary in Winamac, IN with Rev. Anthony Rowland officiating.
Burial will be in St. Anne’s Catholic Cemetery in Monterey, IN.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Pulaski County 4-H Foundation.
