Funeral services for Jay Chamness, 78, of Winamac, will be Saturday, June 18 at 2 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac, with visitation there from 10 a.m. ET until the time of services. Military Graveside services will be conducted by the Winamac VFW and American Legion. Memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Swinging Bridge Project or to the Pulaski Animal Center.
