Funeral services for Joseph E. “Joe” Moon, 66, of Star City, will be Wednesday, April 24 at 10:30 a.m. ET at the Rans Funeral Homes & Crematory, Harrison Chapel, in Royal Center. Visitation is Tuesday, April 23 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Star City Volunteer Fire Department and/or Indiana Bass Federation Youth Association.
