Funeral services for 85-year-old Joseph Leo Welter Jr.of Knox, will be Monday, June 8, at noon CT, at the Braman and Son Memorial Chapel in Knox, with visitation there from 10 a.m. CT until the time of services. In lieu of flowers due to allergies, memorial contributions may be made to the Washington Township Fire Department.
