Karin Jenczalik

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Karin Jenczalik. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all. On March 28, 2021 she left us after her battle with pancreatic cancer during her 58th year of life.

Born and raised in Indiana, she met the love of her life Larry Jenczalik. The two were high school sweethearts who were married for 41 amazing years. The love that they shared for one another is something that one can only hope to experience in their lifetime.

She was the beloved mother of Anthony, Jeremy and Jenny. Proud grandmother of Hayden, Haley, Parker, Ryder, Harley and Arianna.

Although she was taken from us too soon, she lived a very joyous life. She had many hobbies including sewing, gardening, cooking, crafts of many kinds, tending to her indoor plants and most of all spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

She worked at First Source Bank in Knox for over 20 years and loved how “the girls” were like her family. The love and support from them during her battle with cancer meant the world to her and helped lift her spirits.

Karin was the kindest most loving person who would do anything for anyone. She will be dearly missed more than words can explain and remain forever in our hearts.

A memorial service will be held at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Knox, IN, Saturday September 25, 2021 at 1pm.
