A local Celebration of Life service for Kurt N. Smolek, 50, of Westfield, WI, formerly of Francesville and Medaryville, IN, will be Monday, June 10 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary Querry-Ulbricht Chapel in Medaryville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Katie Smolek.
