Funeral services will be held at a later date at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac for 64-year-old Mikel E. “Mike” Stump, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Winamac. Memorial contributions may be made to the Pulaski Animal Center, the Winamac Athletic Department or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
