Funeral Mass for 85-year-old Otto James “Ott” Ruff, of Star City, will be Tuesday, May 21 at 10 a.m. ET at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Pulaski. Visitation is Monday, May 20 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac. Memorial contributions may be made to Pulaski Animal Center or Warrior Youth Baseball.
