McLaughlin SR of Wheatfield are Saturday, January 28th at 6p.m. at the Boersma Funeral Home-Wheatfield.  Visitation is Saturday,  January 28th, from 2p.m. till time of services at the Funeral Home.  There will be a Military and Masonic service by the Wheatfield Lodge during the service.

A Celebration of Life Service for Michael Z. “Bubba” Shorter, 26, of Star City,  will take place Saturday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. EST at the Winamac Church of Nazarene. Visitation will take place there Friday, Jan. 27 from 2 until 9 p.m., with an Indiana Volunteer Fire Fighter’s Memorial Service at 7 p.m.

The Michael Shorter Memorial Fund has been established at Alliance Bank in Winamac for future support of Michael and Brandi’s unborn son.  Memorial contributions can also be made to the Star City Fire Department in memory of “Bubba.”
