Celebration of Life services for Phillip Lee “Phil” Crutchfield, 86, of Culver, formerly of Plymouth and Monticello, will be Thursday, June 8 at 2 p.m. ET at the Miller-Roscka Funeral Home in Monticello, with visitation there from noon ET until the time of services. Military Graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be given to the Bass Lake Lions Club.
