KNOX – Steven R. Howard Jr. passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, in his home following a sudden illness. He was born on August 23, 1977, in Winamac to Steven R. Howard Sr. and Rebecca (Spicer) Basler.
He lived in the area his entire life and married the love of his life, Rhianna Stineback, on July 10, 1998, in Knox. Steve enjoyed fishing and loved helping anyone who needed it. Most of all he cherished his family dearly.
