She was born on January 23, 1945 to Kermit Dwight Weddell and Maxine (Holmes) Weddell. Both her parents preceded her in death.
Anita graduated from Sunman High School in 1963. She attended Indiana University.

Charles R. Abel, of Hamlet, formerly of Koontz Lake, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth following an illness. He was born December 17, 1933 in Kokomo, IN to the late Charles M. and Lulua (Irwin) Abel and was 87 years-old at the time of his death.

Bill was born June 30, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland. He was a Veteran having served in the U.S. Army, he was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, he loved old cars and had built a rat-rod, and especially loved spending time with his family.
