Frazier V. Lowe

Frazier V. Lowe, age 90, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020. He was born October 9, 1929 in Garden, Virginia to Marcus K. Lowe and Gussie Marie Brown Lowe, both deceased. He had been a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Knox. On April 28, 1971 he married Maggie Rowe, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Bill Lowe (Kate) of Philadelphia, PA, and Debbie Riddle (Ron) of Knox, a stepdaughter, Billie Krueger (Rob) of Knox, a brother, Jim Lowe of Virginia, 5 Grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Charles Martin “Chuck” Milner

Charles Martin “Chuck” Milner, age 93, of Knox, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Monday, February 10, 2020. Chuck was born on the family farm in North Bend Township, in Starke County, Indiana on January 27, 1927. He worked in carpentry and construction his entire life, first with his father and brother, and then with his son, owning an operating Milner Construction. On September 14, 1947 he married Dorothy Mae Jaax, she preceded him in death on December 29, 2017. He is survived by his sister, Mary Ann Niblick of Port St. Lucy, Florida, and his grandchildren, Kimberly Ornat (Glenn) of Wakarusa, IN, Keely Anthony (Jeff) of South Bend, IN, Kori Woods (Dave) of Mishawaka, IN, Sachena Milner of Albany, OR, Rachel Oesterreich (Dave) of Knox, IN, and Jacob Milner (Jennifer) of Jeffersonville, IN, and 7 great grandchildren.

Ryan J. Sibo, age 35 of Grovertown, passed away in an auto accident on Sunday, February 9, 2020. Ryan was born March 8, 1984 in Valparaiso. On June 11, 2016 he married Tosha Hutman Sibo, she survives. Also surviving are his children, Aiden James Sibo and Aryanna Jean Sibo, his parents, Randy Sibo (Lisa) of LaCrosse, IN and Mary Kern Sibo of Knox, his grandmother, Barb Kern of Knox, his brother, Randy Sibo Jr. of Knox, sisters, Katie Ampeliotis of Valparaiso and Heather Nowatzke (Eric) of Knox, his aunt Dawn Sibo of Knox, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Rich and Suzi Friddle of Braidwood, IL, brother-in-law, John Hutman of Braidwood, IL, sister-in-law, Jessica Spicuzza (Jimmy) of Wilmington, IL, his very best friends, Aja and Ronnie Wintczak, and nieces and nephews, Gaven, Harper, Bailor, Kden, Autumn, Erielle, Carson, Kamryn, Gionna, Ella, Sammy and Tommy. John H. Cargo, age 68, of Winamac, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2020. John was born April 11, 1951 in Valparaiso, Indiana to John L. Ruwersma and Lodema Mildred Ruwersma Cargo, both deceased. John attended the Grace Baptist Church in Plymouth where he taught Sunday School and filled in at the pulpit when needed. He enjoyed pastoring the New Hope Baptist Church in Knox for 25 years and had been a drywall contractor for 45 years. He enjoyed going to the Covered Bridge Festival and Antiqueing, but he especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Lucille Marie Dommer, 92, passed away peacefully at 10:00 pm. in Hamilton Grove Care facility, New Carlisle, IN. Prior to living in the Hamilton Grove Community, she lived in North Judson, Indiana for 41 years, coming from Chicago, IL. In 2006, she moved to Mishawaka to be closer to her daughter Corinne. She retired from Thermo Products in North Judson, IN, as secretary to the CEO of the company. She also worked as a secretary in the North Judson-San Pierre school system for many years.
