Funeral services for Phillip “Phil” Wendell Mullins, 47, of Bourbon, will be Wednesday, March 8 at 11 a.m. CT at the Braman and Son Memorial Chapel in Knox, with visitation there Tuesday, March 7 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. CT. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
