Funeral services for 87-year-old Phyllis M. Goble-Kruger will be Friday, October 27 at 11 a.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with visitation there Thursday, October 26 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET and one hour prior to services Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Iris Elm Garden Club or Bob Goble Scholarship through the Community Foundation of Pulaski County (cfopc.org).
