Rhoda F. Howard, age 63, of Knox, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2022.
Rhoda was born May 8, 1958 in Knox, to Sam Howard and Emalen Hardin Howard, both deceased.
She loved doing crafts, including sewing, painting and puzzles, she was very artistic, loved baking and was a huge University of Kentucky fan. She loved God, she loved her church, and lived her life for the Lord. She was an active member of the Free United Baptist Church, including the Highway 39 Church Ladies Club.
She is survived by a sister, Hazel Campbell of North Judson, four nieces, Jami Dean (James) of Knox, Christee Hadley (Jason) of North Judson, Amanda Richie of Knox, and Betty Trent (Randy) of North Judson, five great nieces and nephews, Nathan and Noah Dean, Dakota and Chris Kalb, and Chance Trent, and three great great nieces and nephews, Lincoln and Hensley Viola Kalb, and Skyrah Trent. She was preceded in death by a brother, Enos Howard and a great niece, Anna Trent.
Funeral services will be Sunday, January 23, 2022 at 1:00pm (CT), with visitation two hours prior to services, at the Free United Baptist Church in North Judson. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in North Judson. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. M.C. Smith Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
