A Funeral Mass for 95-year-old Richard D. “Dick” Keller, of Monterey, will be Tuesday, November 24 at 11 a.m. ET at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Monterey. The American Legion will conduct Military Graveside Services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Monterey American Legion Post #399. The Frain Mortuary in Winamac is in charge of arrangements.
