Funeral Mass for Richard R. Bischoff, 95, of Winamac, will be Friday, Sept. 1 at 10 a.m. ET at the St. Peters Catholic Church. Visitation is Thursday, Aug. 31 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET at the Frain Mortuary in Winamac with a Scriptural Wake Service at 7 p.m. ET. Military graveside services will be conducted. Memorial contributions may be given to the VFW.
