Roscoe Dulin Jr. was born on October 5th, 1950, in Morehead, Kentucky. He passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, on December 10, 2022. He served as a certified mechanic for the State of Indiana Corrections Department for several years. After retirement Roscoe resumed employment as a full-time father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He served as a resident of Knox and serving as a proud member of the Democrat Party and an Auxiliary member of the VFW Post 748.
Roscoe is preceded in death by his parents Roscoe Dulin Sr. and Margaret (Keaton) Craft of Knox, Indiana. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 54 years Donna (Sallee) Dulin and three children Kenneth Dulin (in heaven) of Knox, Bill (Mistie) Dulin of Ora and Chad (Katey) Dulin of Knox. He’s also survived by eight beautiful grandchildren, whom he loved deeply and cherished until the day he passed, James Dulin, Kena (Alex) Anderson, Mikaela (Levi) Scroggs, Kherin, Paige, Isabelle, Landon and Londyn. Also surviving are his great grandchildren, Ayden Minix, Clay Scroggs, Nora Scroggs, William Beckett Scroggs (Due in February) Adilynn Dulin, Ella Dulin, Eva Dulin and Liam Anderson.
A funeral service will be held at M.C. Smith Funeral Home on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 1pm (CT) with visitation two hours prior to services. Burial will follow at Round Lake Cemetery in Knox, IN. A luncheon will be held at the Knox Community Center from 3-6pm (CT).
