Funeral services for Thomas S. Capper, 79, of Winamac, will be Saturday, January 23 at 11 a.m. ET at the Star City United Methodist Church with visitation there Friday, January 22 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET, and one hour prior to services. The service will also be live streamed at starcityumc.com. Memorial contributions can be made to Star City United Methodist Church and/or the IU Methodist Transplant Team. The Rans Funeral Home in Royal Center is in charge of arrangements.
