From the North Judson Police Department:

Incidents:
12/16/12 A resident told officers that he was backing out of the Burger King drive thru and did not see a pole. The driver backed into the pole and damaged his vehicle. The damage was estimated at over $1,000.

12/16/12 North Judson Police Officer Darren Conley conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a lane violation. As Officer Conley was approaching the driver side of the vehicle, the driver, Austin Bradley, 22, advised that he did not have a driver’s license. Officer Conley issued a Knox City Court Summons to Austin Bradley, for never obtaining a driver’s license. The vehicle was released to a valid driver.

12/15/12 The North Judson Police responded to a shots fired report in the 300 block of Vine Street. The subject with the weapon was not located. North Judson Police continue to investigate the incident.

12/14/12 Police are investigating a intimidation report stemming from an incident at the Burger King Parking lot late Friday afternoon.

12/13/12 While on patrol, police found a motorcycle helmet near the area of the railroad tracks on Main Street. The owner can claim this item by describing it.

12/13/12 A resident in the 600 Block of Keller Avenue reported to police that she was receiving harassing telephone calls over some items a tenant had left behind.

12/12/12 A resident in the 300 Block of Garden Street told police that she heard a small explosion and the power went out. NIPSCO responded to the area for a transformer problem.

12/10/12 A loud music complaint was made by a resident in the 200 Block of Park Avenue. The music was turned down.

12/16/12 A Star City man reported someone had tried to hit him with a van.

12/16/12 A Winamac man told police that someone stole his car.

12/16/12 A Monterey woman told police that a woman had battered her.

12/15/12 An iPod theft was reported at Eastern Pulaski Schools.

12/15/12 A Star City woman told police three males tried to force their way into her home.

12/14/12 A drive-by shooting with a shotgun was reported at a Winamac residence.

12/14/12 The theft of a DVD player was reported at a shop in Winamac.

12/14/12 A chainsaw was reportedly stolen from a Medaryville residence.

12/14/12 A theft of an expensive bracelet was reported at a store in Winamac.

12/13/12 A Medaryville man told police that he returned home to find his home had been broken into.

12/13/12 A Winamac woman told police that someone stole items from a box while she was in the process of moving.

12/12/12 A Culver woman told police that someone had stolen her purse from her car.

12/11/12 Two parents were reportedly fighting over a child at Eastern Pulaski Schools.

12/10/12 A Francesville resident reported someone had burglarized his home.

12/15/12 Jerry Lynch II, 24, of Winamac, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Criminal Recklessness with a Firearm and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.

12/15/12 Annette Bachman, 43, of Monterey, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Endangerment and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.

12/14/12 Shane Thomas, 24, of Winamac, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Public Intoxication and Driving While Suspended – Prior Suspension Within 10 Years.

12/14/12 Jeffrey Green, 50, of Star City, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Resisting Law Enforcement and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-Prior.

12/13/12 A fraud incident was reported to Knox City officers.

12/09/12 Knox officers investigated a custody dispute.

12/17/12 Christopher Lee Miller, 28, 1600 S. 100 E., Knox, IN arrested on an active Starke Circuit Court arrest warrant

12/17/12 Levi Lakes, 27, 306 S. Fisher St., Knox, IN, arrested on an active Marshall County arrest warrant.

12/15/12 Rebecca Hale, 24, 505 S. Pearl St., Knox, IN arrested on an arrest warrant for theft out of Porter County.

12/14/12 Clark W. Stacy, 49, 2118 S. State Road 23, Knox, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Conversion.
Connie Snyder, 43, 3540 S. State Road 23, Knox, IN, arrested on preliminary charges of Conversion and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

12/12/12 Cheyenne Tolson, 22, Super Value Inn, Knox, IN, arrested on a preliminary charge of Theft.
