Incidents:
03/02/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported in the area of 500 S. and S. Range Road in North Judson.
03/02/20 A property damage traffic accident was reported in the 3,000 S. block of State Road 39 in North Judson.
03/02/20 A North Judson resident advised police of damage to a mailbox.
03/03/20 A Monterey resident reported the back door to a residence forced open.
03/03/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported about a quarter-of-a-mile east of U.S. 35 on 150 N. in Knox.
03/04/20 The Knox-Center Township Fire Department was called to a house fire at 403 N. Roosevelt Road. State Fire Marshal’s Office was called per procedure.
03/04/20 A vehicle vs tree accident was reported in the 5,000 S. block of State Road 10 in Knox.
03/04/20 A Knox resident reported a break-in at a residence which is a repeat incident. Items were stolen from the residence.
03/05/20 A Grovertown resident reported suspicious vehicle in front of a pole barn at a location on State Road 23. The caller said the suspects appear to keep turning on and off the dome light and appear to be undressing.
03/05/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported on U.S. 35 and 250 N. in Knox.
03/05/20 A North Judson resident told police that the neighbor’s dogs chased him into the residence and his wife was still in the car. The neighbor did eventually get the dogs and put them inside the home. Officer was unable to get the owners to come to the door.
03/05/20 Employees from the Knoll Brothers gas station on U.S. 35 told police that a red pickup truck hit a gas pump. A small gas leak was reported.
03/07/20 A Knox resident asked officers to check on a NIPSCO pole outside of her property as it was leaning. She suspected that somebody hit it with a vehicle the previous evening.
03/07/20 A Walkerton resident told police that suspects drove onto his property and “messed up landscaping mulch chips”. He stated that it’s been an ongoing problem with the person doing donuts in front of the house.
03/07/20 A Grovertown resident told dispatchers that a small black SUV hit a tree in the yard and continued driving.
03/07/20 A Monterey resident reported a stolen vehicle.
03/08/20 A car vs. light pole accident was reported in the parking lot Save-a-Lot. Injuries were reported.
03/08/20 A North Judson resident reported damage to his mailbox and driveway.
03/08/20 A North Judson resident alerted officers that a man with a flashlight was looking in vehicle windows.
