Incidents:
06/22/20 A Knox resident complained about squatters at a residence.
06/22/20 A woman flagged down an officer to report that a person driving a black vehicle hit her vehicle and left the scene.
06/23/20 A domestic complaint apparently escalated into an incident where a woman drove into the man’s car.
06/23/20 A Knox resident told police that a man was in the back yard threatening to kill a mean rooster that apparently attacked him.
06/23/20 Emergency responders were called to Toto Road and 550 E. after dispatchers received a call about a vehicle upside down in the roadway.
06/23/20 The Starke County Highway Department advised police that BLM was spray painted on the bridges at State Road 8 and State Road 23.
06/23/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported on English Lake Road and 500 S. in North Judson.
06/24/20 A North Judson resident complained that a dog has been tied to a tree for three weeks and was concerned about it having food and water. Police checked and saw that the dog had food and water, did not appear to be in distress and it had a shelter.
06/24/20 A separate animal complaint was filed by a North Judson resident of a dog apparently living in unsanitary conditions.
06/24/20 A North Judson resident reported the theft of a log splitter.
06/25/20 A Knox resident called dispatchers to report a person passed out in a pickup truck.
06/25/20 A property damage accident was reported on State Road 8 and 700 E. in Knox but no injuries were reported.
06/25/20 A North Judson business owner told dispatchers that some unknown person(s) stole a garbage can full of scrap material.
06/26/20 A caller told dispatchers that a large item fell off a truck on U.S. 30 and 750 E. in Hamlet and caused damage to the driver’s side front fender, wheel well and wheel.
06/26/20 A Knox resident told police that trespassers were on her property, threw rocks at her ducks and injured them.
06/26/20 A San Pierre resident reported items stolen from a rental property.
06/27/20 A two-vehicle accident was reported in the area of Toto Road and 350 E. in Knox.
06/28/20 Two vehicles were involved in an accident on 400 N. and 600 E. in Grovertown and rolled into the ditch.
06/28/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported on U.S. 30 and 300 E. in Hamlet.
