07/13/20 A Knox resident found a firearm in the driveway that did not belong to the caller.

07/13/20 A Knox resident told dispatchers that a fenced horse in the woods appears emaciated.

07/14/20 A Grovertown resident told police that he received masks in the mail from China that he did not order.

07/1420 A North Judson resident reported someone spray painted the fence on the property.

07/14/20 A hit and run accident was reported at the Grovertown Truck Stop.

07/14/20 Dispatchers were told that a vehicle was taken from the Grovertown Truck Stop and doesn’t think it was towed.

07/14/20 A North Judson reported the theft of fishing poles and lures from a pontoon boat. The boat was parked at the rear of the residence.

07/14/20 A two vehicle accident was reported at the intersection of U.S. 35 and State Road 10 in Knox.

07/14/20 A two vehicle accident was reported at State Road 23 and 200 S. in Culver.

07/14/20 A driver told police that someone ran him off the road on State Road 10.

07/15/20 A San Pierre resident reported a gun stolen from the residence.

07/15/20 Several residents reported burglaries in North Judson.

07/15/20 A caller told dispatchers that his motorcycle ran out of gas on U.S. 35 and when the rider returned it was gone.

07/15/20 A caller told police that his car broke down on U.S. 35 and when he returned the next day it was gone. No tow company had the car and no police agency had the car towed.

07/16/20 A North Judson man told police that a man approached him and tried to buy drugs, but he said he did not do drugs. The suspect then got in the man’s car and drove away.

07/17/20 A Knox woman reported the theft of a gun.

07/17/20 A two vehicle accident at State Road 23 and 300 N. resulted in one vehicle hitting a telephone pole. The other vehicle left the scene.

07/17/20 A vehicle hit a pole in the 1100 E. block of 900 N. in Walkerton.

07/17/20 A property damage accident was reported in the 700 S. block of State Road 10 in Knox.

07/17/20 The Starke County Sheriff’s Department was notified from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department that a vehicle was reported to be dragging a bumper eastbound on U.S. 30 near State Road 23. Officers found that the vehicle was actually dragging an eastbound U.S. 30 highway sign.

07/18/20 A Walkerton resident reported the theft of a vehicle.

07/18/20 A Walkerton resident reported damage to a fence on the property.

07/18/20 A car vs pedestrian accident was reported on State Road 10 and 1000 E. in Culver.

07/18/20 A car vs. deer accident was reported in the 100 W. block of State Road 10 in North Judson. No other injuries were reported.

07/18/20 A Monterey resident told police that his residence and garage were broken into.

07/18/20 A Knox resident told dispatchers that he was chased and attacked by the neighbor’s rooster.

07/18/20 A Knox resident reported the theft of items from a residence and storage unit.

07/18/20 A driver pulling a trailer told police he lost control and caused an accident in the area of U.S. 30 and U.S. 35. No injuries were reported.

07/19/20 A traffic accident was reported at 10 N. Main Street in Knox.
