01/12/21 A complaint was called into the Starke County Sheriff’s Office regarding two people hiding behind dumpsters at the Grovertown Truck Stop and scaring people. Police spoke to the individuals involved.
01/13/21 A two-vehicle accident was reported at State Road 10 and State Road 39 in North Judson.
01/13/21 A Knox resident reported the theft of a vehicle.
01/14/21 A driver told police that a wrong-way driver caused him to go off the road in the area of U.S. 30 and 50 E. in Hamlet. The vehicle went off the road and into a tree. He was not injured.
01/14/21 A car vs. deer accident was reported on State Road 23 and 150 S. in Culver.
01/14/21 A vehicle went off the roadway and into a corn field and appears stuck. The driver reportedly stated that she was attempting to avoid hitting a dog and hit a mailbox and is now stuck in a field.
01/14/21 A North Judson resident told police that she borrowed her friend’s vehicle and some unknown person(s) broke in and stole everything inside.
01/14/21 A North Judson resident told officers that the neighbor’s dog was in her yard and trying to get through a fence to attack her dogs.
01/15/21 A pickup truck rollover was reported in the area of U.S. 30 and State Road 23 in Grovertown.
01/15/21 A North Judson resident told police that a man was threatening to shoot her dog.
01/16/21 Emergency responders were called to an accident where a man was hit by a grain truck.
01/16/21 A car vs. deer accident was reported in the area of State Road 8 and 800 E. in Knox.
01/17/21 Firefighters responded to a house fire at 500 S. and 600 W. in North Judson.
