8/1/16 – A vehicle versus deer accident was reported on U.S. 35 north of U.S. 30.
8/1/16 – A vehicle versus semi property damage accident was reported on U.S. 30 in front of the Grovertown Truck Stop.
8/1/16 – A caller advised a dog was left in a car in the Bailey’s Discount Center parking lot and appears to be in distress. The caller advised the windows are cracked slightly.
8/1/16 – A resident in the 1400 block of south 250 East in Knox reported marijuana plants growing along the fence line. A deputy responded and disposed of them.

8/2/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS and North Judson Fire Department responded to a report of a single vehicle rollover accident on State Road 39 south of 50 South in North Judson.
8/2/16 – A resident in the 1200 block of West Toto Road in North Judson reported the side door of the residence was kicked in. Nothing was taken from the home.
8/3/16 – A resident in the 600 block of east 625 South in North Judson reported her mailbox was smashed and advised this is the second time it’s happened.
8/3/16 – A resident in the 7700 block of north State Road 23 in Koontz Lake reported the theft of bicycles the previous night.
8/3/16 – A resident in the 3400 block of east 500 South in Knox reported someone busted her mailbox this morning between 1 and 5 a.m.
8/3/16 – A Walkerton resident reported receiving threatening messages.
8/3/16 – A resident in the 11100 block of East Circle Ave. in Walkerton reported the theft of unspecified items.
8/4/16 – A representative from Collins & Co. Insurance reported someone spraying graffiti around Koontz Lake.
8/5/16 – Officers responded to a two vehicle property damage accident at the intersection of 600 East and 100 North in Grovertown.
8/5/16 – Officers responded to a report of a fight in the Knox High School cafeteria.
8/5/16 – A member of the Koontz Lake Sewer Board reported vandalism to the sewer building.
8/6/16 – A resident in the 600 block of west Indiana Ave. in Hamlet reported someone knocking on the doors and windows and advised this has been happening at the same time each of the last few nights.
8/6/16 – A resident in the 200 block of west Eliza Street in San Pierre reported someone hit his truck the previous night.
8/6/16 – The owner of property in the 3100 block of south U.S. 35 reported his tenant moved out and took all of his equipment.
8/6/16 – A resident in the 3500 block of east 400 South in Knox reported the theft of an antique Coca-Cola umbrella from his property.
8/6/16 – A resident in the 7000 block of east 25 North in Knox reported her neighbor across the field has been setting off fireworks for the last three nights.
8/7/16 – A resident in the 7800 block of west 850 South in San Pierre reported her house was broken into and her television sets are missing.
8/7/16 – A resident in the 7100 block of Pine Tree Lane in Walkerton reported a lot of her jewelry is missing.
8/7/16 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Starke County EMS, North Judson Fire Department and San Pierre Fire Department all responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident on U.S. 421 at Eliza Street in San Pierre.
