03/26/23 A caller told dispatchers that a vehicle hit a pole in the area of 500 S. and 250 W. in North Judson. The vehicle reportedly left the scene.
03/26/23 A North Judson resident reported tools stolen out of the garage.
03/27/23 A property damage traffic accident was reported in the area of 850 W. and 400 S. in San Pierre. The caller said a semi took a turn too sharply and the trailer ended up in the ditch.
03/28/23 A Culver resident reported a stolen vehicle.
03/28/23 A North Judson resident told police that a former employee came in and reportedly assaulted him.
03/28/23 A dump truck reportedly took out a few road signs as it pulled off the shoulder in the area of 500 S. and State Road 10 in Knox. There were no injuries reported.
03/29/23 A Knox resident told dispatchers that someone in a truck was doing donuts in a field and causing damage.
03/30/23 The La Porte County Sheriff’s Department asked for assistance after a BP in Westville was burglarized. It is alleged that suspects stole an ATM.
03/31/23 A pursuit was initiated in the area of 900 N. and U.S. 35 in Hamlet and it was terminated in La Porte County.
03/31/23 A vehicle was found partially in the ditch in the area of 200 S. and U.S. 35 in Knox.
03/31/23 A Grovertown resident filed a theft complaint.
03/31/23 A North Judson resident filed a fraud complaint.
03/31/23 A three-vehicle accident was reported in the area of Toto Road and State Road 39 that resulted in several injuries.
04/01/23 A Bass Lake resident came home to find a window shot out and the round on the porch.
