2/27/17 – A woman reported a man wearing a navy hooded sweatshirt stole her purse out of her car in the 7800 block of north State Road 23 in Walkerton.
2/27/17 – A resident in the 2700 block of east 450 South in Knox believes someone tried to get in through her back door.
2/28/17 – A resident in the 1500 block of east 775 South in Knox reported a man in her garage taking items and advised there is a black car in her driveway.
2/28/17 – A woman reported being harassed in the McDonald’s drive thru by young men in a gray 4×4 truck.
2/28/17 – A resident in the 1700 block of south 200 East in Knox reported a window busted out of a vehicle.
2/28/17 – A caller reported drug activity at the Stay for Less Motel in Knox.
2/28/17 – A hit-and-run was reported in the Bailey’s parking lot in North Judson.
2/28/17 – A property damage accident was reported at the intersection of State Road 10 and U.S. 35 in Knox.
3/31/17 – A vehicle versus tree property damage accident was reported in the 4800 block of east 200 South in Knox.
3/1/17 – A single vehicle property damage accident was reported on 200 East south of 700 South in North Judson.
3/1/17 – A minor property damage accident was reported in the parking lot of Bailey’s Discount Center.
3/2/17 – A resident in the 400 block of east 625 South in North Judson advised two men knocked on his door around 3:30 or 4 a.m., beat him up, tied him up and stole several items. He advised he just got loose from the duct tape and went to the neighbors to call.
3/2/17 – A two vehicle property damage accident was reported on State Road 8 east of 550 East in Knox.
3/2/17 – A resident in the 100 block of south 925 East in Knox reported someone shot her dog. She advised the animal is not aggressive and appears to have been shot when she was running away.
3/2/17 – The owner of a property in the 10800 block of east 900 South in North Judson advised renters damaged his property when they moved out and he would like to file a report.
3/2/17 – A vehicle versus deer property damage accident was reported in the 5800 block of west 500 South in Knox.
3/3/17 – A property damage accident was reported on the railroad tracks on 150 South east of 700 East in Knox.
3/3/17 – A property damage accident was reported at the intersection of State Road 10 and 600 West in North Judson.
3/3/17 – A break-in and theft were reported in the 2800 block of west State Road 10 in North Judson.
3/3/17 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office, Knox Fire Department and Starke County EMS responded to a report of an accident with possible injuries on 550 East north of Toto Road in Knox.
3/3/17 – A garbage truck driver advised a passenger car rear-ended his truck in the 4300 block of south Range Road in North Judson.
3/3/17 – A resident in the 400 block of north State Road 23 in Knox advised two aggressive pit bulls charged at him on his property and he shot one of them. Both dogs ran away.
3/3/17 – The Starke County Sheriff’s Office and First Responders responded to a report of a man who had been shot in the face in the 1400 block of west 400 South in North Judson.
3/3/17 – A two-vehicle injury accident was reported at the intersection of U.S. 30 and State Road 23 in Knox.
3/3/17 – A vehicle versus tree property damage accident was reported in the 5500 block of south State Road 10 in Knox.
3/3/17 – A Knox resident reported being scammed for over $4,000 and asked to speak to an officer.
3/4/17 – A property damage accident was reported in the vicinity of 50 North and 1200 East in Knox.
3/4/17 – A resident in the 7100 block of east 150 South in Knox advised his concrete mailbox was smashed.
3/4/17 – A resident in the 8100 block of north Oak Ave. in Walkerton reported being harassed by a known suspect.
3/4/17 – A resident in the 600 block of north 1200 East in Plymouth advised his mailbox and a tree were damaged during an earlier property damage accident near his residence.
3/5/17 – A resident in the 2300 block of east 350 South in North Judson reported being harassed by people who live near her rental property.
3/5/17 – A traffic accident with minor injuries was reported in the westbound lanes of U.S. 30 near Grovertown Truck Stop.
3/5/17 – A caller advised a mini bike was dumped into the grass on the walking trail in North Judson on the north side near 250 West.
3/5/17 – A red Tahoe ran a stop sign on Toto Road at 700 East and struck a Starke County Sheriff’s Office patrol vehicle.
