10/12/17 Christopher Littlejohn, 24, of Willow Springs, arrested on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, operating a vehicle with a schedule I or schedule II controlled substance in the body, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia.
