Incidents:

06/04/18 A Knox resident reported the theft of kayaks.

06/04/18 Police were notified of a criminal mischief incident that included slashed tires and car interior.

06/04/18 A vehicle accident was reported on U.S. 30 and 600 E. in Hamlet.

06/04/18 Railroad Township reported problems with radios.

06/04/18 Police were called to intervene in a dispute over a hay field north of Knox.

06/04/18 A heroin overdose was reported in North Judson.

06/04/18 Police were notified of an accident involving a pregnant woman in the 11900 block of E. 300 North in Donaldson.

06/04/18 A North Judson resident reported his front door kicked in and house tore up. The homeowner reportedly shot at the vehicle when it fled the residence.

06/05/18 A resident requested an officer about a half-mile north of the intersection of State Road 10 and U.S. 421 as an accident occurred. The lights are on and the air bag deployed.

06/05/18 A resident told police that a railroad crossing is malfunctioning at State Road 8 and 200 East in Knox.

06/05/18 A Walkerton resident reported the theft of an iPhone from a garage.

06/05/18 A Medaryville resident told police that he avoided hitting a deer but hit someone’s fence and poles on State Road 23 and 50 South.

06/06/18 A two-vehicle accident was reported at Range Road and Toto Road. No injuries were reported.

06/06/18 A Knox resident told police that he had a vehicle at his father’s residence near Bass Lake and someone stole it and wrecked it.

06/06/18 An officer was backing up the police vehicle when the vehicle came into contact with the rear bumper and the posts that protect the speaker box at the jail. The damage estimate is approximately $350.

06/07/18 The North Judson-Wayne Township and Railroad Township Fire Departments were called to a structure fire in the 7200 block of W. 700 S. in San Pierre.

06/07/18 A car vs. deer accident was reported at 700 E. and 25 N. in Hamlet.

06/07/18 A semi fire was reported in the 8300 block of S. U.S. 421 in San Pierre. Dispatchers attempted to transfer the call to Pulaski County but could not. Another method was attempted to notify officers.

06/07/18 A North Judson resident told police that the door was kicked in at his home. He didn’t think anything was missing.

06/08/18 Police were notified of a vehicle who almost hit three other vehicle and then hit a tree head-on. The tree is now in the middle of the road. The accident was reported at State Road 10 and State Road 39 in North Judson.

06/08/18 Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at State Road 10 and U.S. 35 in Knox.

06/08/18 A San Pierre resident told police that his building and tractors were broken into. The suspect(s) also took a sprayer and some gas.

06/08/18 A car vs. deer accident was reported in the 4600 block of N. 300 E. in Hamlet.

06/08/18 A car vs. deer accident was reported in on State Road 10 west of 1200 E. in Culver.

06/09/18 A Koontz Lake resident told police that her neighbor comes into her yard, calls her dog and puts it in the garage without being fed.

06/10/18 A North Judson resident told police that he returned home and everthing in his house is gone.

06/05/18 Kayla Risner, 31, of Knox, arrested on preliminary charges of public intoxication and neglect of a dependent.

06/05/18 Brandon Davidson, 32, of Knox, arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of a narcotic drug.

06/06/18 Tomy Newton, 64, of North Judson arrested on a preliminary charge of domestic battery.

06/07/18 Gary Minix, 27, of Knox, arrested on two body attachment warrants.

06/07/18 Ashley Young, 24, of North Judson, arrested on preliminary charges of possession of a schedule I, II, III, or IV Controlled Subtance and trafficking with an inmate – controlled substance, deadly weapon or cell phone.

06/07/18 Lucas Tolle, 36, of Hamlet, arrested on preliminary charges of operator never licensed, resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended.

06/07/18 Karen Gutierrez, 46, of Knox, held for Kosciusko County.

06/07/18 Gary Marshall, 63, of Knox, arrested on a bench warrant.

06/07/18 Michael Allen, 29, of Winamac, arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of a schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled substance and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

06/08/18 Ricky Diaz, 20, of Knox, arrested on a preliminary charge of possession of a narcotic drug.

06/08/18 Michael Knowlton, 19, of Knox, arrested on preliminary charges of unlawful possession or use of a legend drug or precursor, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of heroin.

06/08/18 Henry Clark, 21, of Walkerton, arrested on preliminary charges of residential entry and public intoxication.

06/08/18 Katelin Allen, 30, of Knox, arrested on preliminary charges of invasion of privacy, trafficking with an inmate, possession of a schedule I, II, III, or IV controlled substance.

06/08/18 Christopher Sanchez, 43, of North Judson, arrested on a body attachment.

06/09/18 Bobbie Hawkins, 41, arrested and held for Tippecanoe County.

06/09/18 Christi Marshall, 32, of Knox, arrested and held for Starke County Community Corrections.

06/09/18 James Bogash, 32, of North Judson, arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, battery of a public safety official, public intoxication, and refusal to identify. 15 day hold for probation.
