Pulaski County Election Board to Pay More for IT Consultant in 2022

The Pulaski County Election Board is budgeting for a big election cycle in 2022. It isn’t a presidential election, but Clerk JoLynn Behny notes that many town and county offices are on the ballot. “The four district [county] council, we’ve got one commissioner, sheriff, prosecutor, assessor, clerk,” she told the rest of the county election board Monday.

N.J.-S.P. School Board to Consider Budget-Related Resolutions Tonight

The North Judson-San Pierre School Board will consider a number of budget-related resolutions tonight. The 2022 capital projects and bus replacement plans will be up for adoption, along with a reduction to the advertised budget. The budget adoption itself is up to the Starke County Council, since North Judson-San Pierre has an appointed school board.

Oregon-Davis School Board to Consider Director of Student Services Hire Tonight

Oregon-Davis School Board: Ben Lady, Chris Lawrence, Brandie Ecker, Lee Nagai, Kyle Hinds, and Superintendent Bill Bennett

The Oregon-Davis School Board will decide whether to hire a director of student services tonight. Superintendent Bill Bennett had proposed adding the position with federal ESSER III money. The school board will also get an update on the preschool program and consider the schedule for the upcoming budget process.
