The Pulaski County Board of Zoning Appeals and Advisory Plan Commission meetings were heavily attended Monday night by members of the Pulaski County farming community who are opposed to the construction of wind turbines and super turbines in the Pulaski County zoning jurisdiction and in the Francesville zoning jurisdiction.
