The state has calculated Starke County’s seven-day positivity rate at 5.2 percent for all tests but 11.5 percent when limited to unique individuals.

Another seven Marshall County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. That brings the total up to 895, according to Monday’s report from the Indiana State Department of Health. According to the state’s ZIP code breakdowns, 552 of those cases have been from the Plymouth area, while 138 were in the 46506 ZIP code, which includes the Town of Bremen.

Clerk-Treasurer Melanie Berger recently told council members that Walsh may discuss the possibility of an excess levy appeal, as well as the impact of the income tax changes recently approved by the Pulaski County Council.
